45 Day Streak!
I hit all my September goals! They were:
1. No soda at all, no exceptions
2. Run at least 1 miles a day
3. hit 10,000 steps every day
4. weigh 157 by October 1st
I let myself have soda yesterday, and I didn't even really care for it anymore, so luckily that craving seems gone (it always takes me a few weeks to get past the soda craving when I stop drinking it). So I'd like to post some goals for October.
1. Run at least a mile every day
2. no soda (minus the one yesterday)
3. hit 10,000 steps every day
4. weigh 153 by November 1st (I need to get a new scale though ours got broken)
5. no added sugar with the exception of whole grain bread (this one is going to be so hard for me, SO HARD, so it's going to be the only new food related goal).
6. run 100 miles in October
7. run The Fall Patriot Run (5k) in under 30 minutes (it's on October 21).

40 day streak yay! (I ran today already)
It's getting harder to fit in time in the evenings to run with the stroller because I don't like pushing it in the dark and it's completely dark at 7:30 and in the next couple weeks we turn back the clocks and it will be dark by 6:30... I hate winter just because of how dark it always is :(
next month goal run 100 miles :)

September 10, 2017
Since August 19, I've ran every day :) Some days it was just a mile, but I got out there and did it. I've also made a couple goals for September:
1. No soda at all, no exceptions
2. Run at least 1 miles a day
3. hit 10,000 steps every day
4. weigh 157 by October 1st
So far I've been doing it, and I have gotten down to 156lbs, BUT, yesterday I had a cheat day and ate whatever and I'm up to 158 lol, I anticipate that will go away in the next 2 days. On August 30 I weighed 161.6 so thats good :) My ultimate weight goal is to get back to 145ish lbs, the lowest I've weighed was 143 but my pre-pregnancy weight was 154, when I started weight lifting I gained about 10lbs, so I'm so close!! I am trying to not let anything stop me, I've been bringing Cian on many of the runs even ones that aren't short, I pushed him for over 5 miles one day and man that sucked hahahaha. I also am finally getting closer to my normal pace and the last few days have been running less than a 10 minute mile. I want to streak as long as I can :)

I did a 5k walk this morning with the kids at the Lisbon Homecoming. I think it was a little bit too far for Kellen and Trent, they were pretty slow at the end, but we did it!

Change!
So many things have changed in my life in the last 2 year, including forgetting about this blog that I barely ever used. The biggest change is that we have our little rainbow baby!!!! He was born 6 months ago and my heart is so full <3 I've continued to run since my last post, just not on a daily basis. Since having the new babe I've been getting back into working out regularly, I did work out until about November but I had to stop running at 22 weeks during a Ragnar because the round ligament pain was way to intense while pregnant. The good news is that my first longish run post baby was in May maybe, and I ran 7 miles no problem, just slower. Tomorrow I plan on doing a local 4 mile race if the stars align. I'm about 20lbs heavier than I was 2 years ago (post baby weight) so that slows me down a bit, I'm hoping all 20lbs of that is boobs and boob juice haha! Anyway, I am going to use this as a running workout blog and try and keep myself accountable to get back in great shape post baby :)
